Becoming a Habitat Homeowner

First determine whether you meet the Selection Criteria.

If you meet the Selection Criteria, you can apply to become a Habitat Homeowner through the steps below:

1. Complete the interest form.
   
   
2. Attend a mandatory Family Selection meeting for prospective homeowners to learn more about the partnership and receive the application forms. Family Selection meetings are only held when funding and land are available to build a home. Family Selection meeting announcements are posted on this website and sent via email and mail.
   
   
3. Among eligible applicants, families are selected based on their housing need. West Georgia Habitat for Humanity is an Equal Housing Opportunity member. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, age, disability, religion, familial status, or national origin.
